Wear a holiday themed costume. Tie jingle bells to your shoelaces. Raise funds to fight arthritis, the nation's leading cause of disability. Run or walk a 5 or 10 kilometer route with your team members and celebrate the season by giving.

Meet Our Youth Honoree
Bridget was diagnosed with juvenile idiopathic arthritis in December, 2010. Her diagnosis was a lengthy and frustrating process. It took a little over a year for Bridget and her parents, Kristin and Neil to find out what was happening. Make sure to train the right way with CARA’s 8-week Training Program, designed for those to complete their first 5k or 10k, more specifically, the Jingle Bell Run/Walk!
By the completion of the 8-week training program you'll be ready to enjoy the race knowing you have trained properly. At each weekly session there will be a clinic presented by knowledgeable professionals, on topics such as Basic Nutrition, Proper Footwear, Proper Stretching, Core Strengthening, Safety and Path Etiquette, Nutrition for Runners, Cross and Speed Training, Motivations, Tips from the Top: Suggestions from Elite Runners, and much, much more!
